COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

SUPPORTING THE COMMUNITIES THAT SUPPORT US

Western States Equipment Company is committed to giving back to the communities in which we serve. This means working with organizations that share our passion for these communities. Each month, Western States Equipment will be donating a total of $500, either in cash, equipment rentals, or in-kind donations to multiple organizations within our service territory.

HOW YOUR ORGANIZATION CAN PARTICIPATE

To request a donation, download the attached application, complete it, and send it back to us. Selections will be based on an organizations need and involvement in the community. Please make sure you submit your application at least 60 days prior to the need for funds or equipment.

In exchange for our donation, Western States will be able to:

Utilize your organization’s name and logo on our web site
Request that a Western States logo be listed on your organization’s web site and printed materials as a sponsor

Receipts are required for all donations.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT APPLICATION

Once an organization is chosen they will be notified by email, and arrangements will be made for the community involvement or donation.
